I confirm that the information I have provided is true, complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that registration is free and that submitting a registration does not guarantee that I will be selected or receive electricity-token support.

I authorise PawaPlay Digital Limited to collect, verify, use and retain my information for registration, eligibility assessment, beneficiary selection, fraud prevention, communication, token fulfilment, audit, reporting and lawful compliance purposes, in accordance with the Lagos Power Connect Data Privacy Notice.

I confirm that I have not submitted duplicate or multiple registrations for the same household, business, address, meter, electricity account or beneficiary. I understand that any duplicate, false or fraudulent entry may be voided and may lead to disqualification.

I understand that I must not pay anyone to register or receive support, and that the Programme does not require political affiliation, voter-card details, political support or a voting commitment.
